Each year we post our office calendar to help you set convenient appointments with Dr. Crawford. We will outline our basic schedule and hours of operation so that you can compare it with your office and school calendars. Our goal is to have our calendar posted by February 1st of each year for the entire year. We hope this helps reduce your stress.

Dr. Crawford’s Office Calendar for the 2010 year

We would like to give you some information about how the appointments are set at our office. We have spent many years refining the schedule to serve our patients in a relaxed yet efficient manner. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week we see patients that are currently being treated by Dr. Crawford. Our first patient is seen at 8 a.m. The staff takes a lunch break each day from 12 to 1 p.m. Our first patient is seen in the afternoon at 1:15 p.m.

New patients are seen one at a time so that there are no interruptions when Dr. Crawford is gathering the information needed to understand a patients concerns. New patients are seen each afternoon at 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and all day on Thursdays.

One week each month the schedule is slightly different to accommodate the many patients that we have in our practice that live out of State or out of the country. During this week Dr. Crawford also sees patients with especially complex treatment plans or very complex appointment needs.

Sometimes we are open on traditional school holidays. Those special days are listed below. We have also listed the days the office will be closed for continuing education meetings and holidays.

• FEBRUARY 15th, President’s day, open for school children and teachers
• MARCH 22nd, open for the last day of spring break for school children and teachers
• APRIL 5th, Easter Monday, open for school children and teachers
• May 31st the office is closed for Memorial Day.
• JULY 5th the office is closed in observation of the July 4th holiday.
• JULY 14th and 15th the office is closed for continuing education
• SEPTEMBER 6th the office is closed for Labor Day.
• OCTOBER 13th, 14th, 18th and 19th the office is closed for continuing education
• NOVEMBER 24th and 25th the office is closed for Thanksgiving break.
• We are closed for Winter break from December 22nd through January 2nd
